Every website shown on this page was built by hand from the ground up. They all use Bootstrap, as well as a mix of Javascript and Jquery. Some elements are shared between sites, such as product search pages and individual item pages.
This lighting website was created to follow the upscale ecommerce aesthetic for lighting showroom owners targeting a high-end consumer. It features big blocks of great-looking images in a standard, easy to follow grid pattern.
This website plays with - you guessed it - angles and motion. A right-leaning angle is featured on the header as well as the slideshow and a couple other places. Lower sections of the home page have a few elements that slowly move along with the user's scrolling behavior.
Video backgrounds are super eye-catching. This video slideshow was a fun challenge to figure out - it's not just one long video, rather several videos that each play one after the other.
Floating borders above/below images is a prominent feature of this site. They also do some fun interaction when hovered on. Overall I was going for a light and airy feel here.
Another go-to of the eCommerce industry, this site features a ton of different options for shopping on the home page, presented in fun different ways.
